Various art projects are utilizing local natural materials available in Mulabari village.
All projects are interrelated.
Turmeric-dyed Shawls
Planting Fruit Trees
Mulabari women make beautiful shawls with elaborate fringes from the local turmeric-dyed cotton. Their products were recently exhibited in Japan and received high praise.
A German artist, Joseph Bueys planted oak trees at the exhibition in Kassel in 1892. He thought tree planting as an art for environmental change as a social sculpture. After 40 years, these oaks are taller and greener. His idea inspired the Mulabari Art Village. Fruit tree planting started as part of art projects in this village. Some of them are already growing well and would make great land art for the village's barren hills.
Painting with natural soils
Various colors of soil are available in Mullavalli. Muravali Art Village explores the possibility of using such local natural soils to paint the walls of village houses.
Yellow Dream
Yellow Dream project is to make a village beautifully yellow by local turmeric dyeing. Yellow is a symbol color of sustainable development of Mulabari village. Art projects promotes planting yellow fruit trees such as mandarins, papayas, and avocados.

P3578 initiated an art project in Mulabari village in 2017. It is a project to create various forms of artwork related with the magical numbers: 3, 7, 5, 8. The Mulabari Community House was built based on the design of 3, 5, 7,8.
Kids' Guernica
Kids' Guernica is a project to create a peace painting on a Spanish famous artist, Pablo Picasso's Guernica size huge canvas. This Kids' Guernica is also collaborate with Third Paradise project. Mulabari Kids' Guernica was exhibited in Nagasaki, Japan and Geneva, Switzerland.
Art Class for Children
Mulabari children have a strong interest in art, even though they do not have enough art supplies. Mulabari Art Village offers opportunities to develop their imagination and creativity through different kinds of art activities.
Third Paradise
Third Paradise is an art project initiated by a famous Italian artist, Michelangelo Pistoletto. This project creates its symbol of the three circles with diiferent materials in different places.
Hearts for the Earth
There are "art" in "He-art" and "E-art-h". Hearts for the Earth is a project that connects people in distance by exchanging images of "hearts" and fosters compassion for the earth. A traditional blacksmith in Mulabari made a wonderful "heart coin".
